Anxiety & Depression Group
Elizabeth Evans, RSW, and Samantha Lauder, MSW Graduate Student, of Francis Psychotherapy & Consulting will be co-facilitating a psychoeducational group for youth ages 18-29 experiencing anxious or depressive thoughts or symptoms.
The group will run on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm in Pickering for 4 weeks (January 8, 15, 22 & 29, 2025).
The cost of enrollment is $120 total for all 4 sessions, and is reimbursable by most benefit plans (under Registered Social Worker, Group Therapy).
Registration is required, and space is limited to 8 participants
