Operations Manager

Samantha is the brains behind the operation. With over 25 years’ experience in administrative roles, Samantha brings a plethora of knowledge and expertise to her job, and we at Francis Psychotherapy just couldn’t live without her! Samantha is the first point of contact for clients, and makes them feel welcome with her warm, friendly demeanour. Samantha has worked in the mental health field for over 8 years and holds an Honours BA in Psychology from York University. Currently, Samantha is completing her Masters of Social Work at the University of Windsor with the eventual goal of becoming a Psychotherapist herself.
